Bag desampling system is a tool designed for processing breath sample bags, specifically tailored for use with SUPER SESI. A mechanical press mechanism carefully squeezes the sampling bags to extract breath samples. A heater maintains the bags at a warm temperature to prevent condensation within the bag.

This thermal desorption system is specifically designed to work with our Tenax cartridges. The system comprises two modules. The first module employs a flow of nitrogen gas, and delivers an ultra pure carrying gas flow with controlled humidity. The second module is the desorption unit, which uses thermal control to release the VOCs from the Tenax cartridges. Once desorbed, these compounds are carried by the ultra-clean nitrogen flow to the SUPER SESI-HRMS for analysis.
