GUILLERMO VIDAL: Co-founder & CEO / CTO. PhD in Fluid Mechanics and Analytical Instrumentation (under J. F. de la Mora) and Aerospace engineer. 12 patents in SESI, IMS, and MS. Worked for the Eurofighter program before joining de la Mora’s group in 2008 (Mech. Engineering at Yale U., USA). There, he was introduced to electrospray and ion analysis instrumentation. GV was Head of the R&D team at SEADM, and worked in close collaboration with Thermo Fisher’s R&D team on the development of IMS-MS. In 2014, he joined the Org. Chem. Department at ETH-Z to develop a SESI for breath research. This was the seed of SUPER SESI.

ISIDORO MARTÍNEZ: Electronic Engineer. Electronic engineer with a natural talent for treating electrons. Before joining FIT, IM has worked at the University of Castilla-la Mancha in national and international projects, developing precision GPS and control systems and environmental sensors. He has also been working in private companies developing flying hardware for helicopters and drones. IM enjoys making his hands dirty during all product development steps, from hardware to software!

EDUARDO CUARTERO: COO. With a versatile background in management, operations, finance and accounting, Eduardo brings a solid base of knowledge and skills to the team. His experience in business analysis, gained through significant work in Dublin, has provided him with a unique and global perspective on business management. Eduardo is dedicated to optimizing processes, ensuring financial accuracy and contributing to the ongoing success of the company with his methodical approach and international experience.

FATIMA DIAKHATE: Customer Success. Fatima, being both Senegalese and Spanish, possesses a deep understanding and adeptness in managing diverse cultures from a multicultural perspective. As a customer success professional, her aspiration is to advance her career within an international context. She is proficient in three languages Spanish, French, Wolof and English. Fatima recognizes the importance of understanding different cultures to effectively unite people. Her ultimate objective is to communicate with and comprehend as many individuals as possible.

TITO SANTIAGO: Production. His mission is to ensure a streamlined production capacity and superb quality and repeatability of our emitters, ion sources, and other gadgets. He has a passion for detail and perfection, and he treats all products with love before shipping them to you!

SERGIO NAVARRO: Sergio is passionate about hard enduro. At 23 years old, with experience in a foundry, he has found his calling in machine assembly, combining his love for mechanics with his skill in assembling. His life reflects the unique blend of his enthusiasm for motor sports and expertise in the industrial world.

JAMIL KHIRBEK: Pharmacist. As a dedicated pharmacy student at Fossiliontech, brings his passion for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries to our business department. His work spans research, marketing, and operations, enhancing his skills in market research, project management, and strategic planning. Jamil is instrumental in our mission to develop innovative healthcare solutions, aiming to make a significant impact on patient lives worldwide.

RUNA: Branch Manager. The star of the happy hours, she never missed one. Conflict mediator and responsible for uplifting the spirit, even when the team has to navigate rough storms.
